Processing Time

Every model is printed to order in New Mexico. Orders ship in 5 to 7 business days.

Where We Ship

United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not on that list, email us and we will see what we can do.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is going. There is no flat fee. International orders over $85 ship free.

Delivery Times

United States: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. International: 11 to 21 business days after dispatch. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with the number once it leaves us.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

These are not included in your order total. They are set by your country, collected by the carrier on delivery, and are the recipient's responsibility. Every parcel is declared accurately at its full value.

Damaged in Transit

These are 3D printed and the fine summit detail can be fragile. If your model arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it free of charge.

Shipping Address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and we are not able to cover a reshipment caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
